We define with your help the competitors, the profile of the users, and the tasks that you want to compare. Then we do usability tests of the solutions of each competitor. Depending on the specifics of the study, each participant might test one or several solutions. Each test is the same for all competitors, so this allows us to compare them on equal grounds.

We finish the study with a report that presents:

• How well participants did with each solution. We show success rate, completion times and satisfaction for each solution.
• Strengths, weaknesses, and gaps of the competitors as a group and of each competitor individually.
• Recommendations on where to focus and what you might be able to use to your advantage.
