Lucrat is helping to a client to find an experienced UX/UI designer for an interesting project. What is the project? How long the candidate will work on it?
Responsibilities
  • Brainstorm ideas with stakeholders and help define early feature concepts
  • Make research & express your design vision via wireframes, high-fidelity designs, and functional prototypes if necessary
  • Present and explain the rationale behind your design decisions. Collect feedback and quickly iterate
  • Collaborate withCollaborating & communicating closely with stakeholders, developers, product owners to ensure that your designs are accurately implemented
  • Evolve and maintain client’s design library
  • Be autonomous and have full ownership of your work
Requirements
  • Minimum 5years of experience in UX design, preferably for consumer oriented SAAS or software that users truly interact with (i.e. not 100% website development)
  • Portfolio of creative UX design: as mentioned, showcase projects that spotlight the ability to think outside the box, challenge design norms yet effectively solve user design problems
  • Make unconventional creative design choices (e.g. sometimes step away from fullwidth sections that stack upon each other) that positively impact user engagement and experience
  • Practical enough to combine the creative approach with deadlines and imperfect choices
  • Ability to independently come up with suggestions and ideas for improvement (ability to contribute to further shaping the design system, come up with novel ideas how to improve UI/UX designs)
  • Proficiency within Figma, Whimsical, Mural and other relevant design tools.
  • Excellent verbal and written English skills
  • Excellent communication skills
