We start with a 2-hour workshop to get familiar with you, your business case, your technical and other requirements, and your plan for designing or/and researching. After the workshop, we give you a proposal about the appropriate activities.

We then guide you throughout the design or research process. We step in as mentors. We consult you on appropriate activities and ways to perform these activities. We also recommend methods to use and trainings to take individually or as a team. You do the actual work.
